    It was a beautiful place, had amicable and accommodating staff who gave us a late check-out. The location was great as for us, very close to the commercial area, the restaurants and center. Besides, a giant observation wheel was 2 km away from the venue.

    Experience was exceptional.

    I truly enjoyed the hotel, it was impressive and overall clean. Some of the staff members were attentive and excellent. The venue had an excellent location in the middle of jackson. Again, the hotel was set within a close distance from Kigali Cultural Village.

    The staff was very attentive, providing excellent service during breakfast and ensuring all our needs were met.

    The sound insulation in the rooms was not adequate, as I could hear voices and music from adjacent rooms, which disturbed my sleep.

    Awesome food & helpful staff!

    The gym was really cool with huge windows and the machines were on point. The staff even brought me extra water for my cpap when I asked about buying some. Just a heads up, the shower door kinda needs fixing, water splashes out. Loved the snack bar near the pool!

    Family with children expecting comfortable stay

    I was pretty impressed by the service when I asked about water for my cpap machine they promptly brought me an extra bottle that wasn't even on the menu. Plus the staff was very accommodating during breakfast always checking in if we needed anything.

    Four points is a great choice for a stay! The location is perfect, right in downtown. Especially queen, who coordinated a lovely birthday surprise for me. Breakfast was a highlight, and the food was genuinely delicious.
